Objectives

  1. Understand algorithms, data and AI technologies to support the Nordic society that values autonomy, trust, openness and innovations in education.
  2. Explore how algorithms, data and AI technologies are intertwined with educational activities in various contexts (classroom management, formative and summative assessment, on-going learning, collaboration and creativity).
  3. Study the types of technologies can be explored in the lab and transferred to every day- and classroom contexts that are sustainable and mature, and make sense to the different stakeholders.
  4. Design algorithms, data and AI systems to support teachers’ professional development, human competences (through self- and socially shared regulated learning) for on-going learning in every day educational, and future work-place contexts.
  5. Align Privacy, Ethics, Trust, and Data Management in the Nordic context.
